Solution
Reasons for ourdoor fan problems:
1. Lots of heat produced when a fan is working. While it is working, the heat can be taken away by the stirred air and stays at the temperature between 20-30℃, which is known as “air cooling”;
2. But once it stops working, the temperature goes up rapidly. Statistically said that temperature goes from 28℃ to 80℃ within one minutes. EC control box, whose volume is less than 1L, is holding huge pressure;
3. If the fan stops and it happens to start raining, then the enclosure would draw in water and even cause short circuit, which would lead to failure for next time and even scrappage forever.
