The surface filtration of Vorui waterproof and breathable membrane series is superior to deep filtration, with excellent filtration efficiency and dust prevention rate of 99.9%, which almost realizes zero dust emission. Installation recommendations
Scheme I: Manual installation
① Clean hands and the installation surface to be pressed (check whether the counterbore pressing surface is clean and tidy, and clean with alcohol if necessary);
② Align the adhesive backed patch with the surface of the mounting counterbore, and then press the patch on the edge of the mounting surface;
③ Press the adhesive backed patch on the mounting surface, and gently press the edge for about 1.5s;
Finally, make sure that the counterbore of the backing film is clean and tidy after pressing.
Scheme II: Mechanical installation
① Clean the welding apparatus and installation counterbore, place the product installation counterbore position on the welded diaphragm, and control the welding time of the apparatus to complete the installation.
